The obligatiry registration fee for all exhibitors including sub-exhibitors is 100 EUR + VAT.
Registration fee includes:
- ten invitation cards to the exhibition
- publication in the Official Catalogue of the exhibition of obligatory information (50 words)
- one copy of the Catalogue
- participation in all events of the exhibition
- passes for exhibitors to enter the exhibition in accordance with services staff lists, but not more than one pass per 3 sq.m. of the leased space
Payment of the fee and exhibition space rental shall be made by the exhibitor simultaneously against a single ZAO ExpoConsta’s invoice.
CATALOGUE
Closer to the exhibition opening date the Official Catalogue is released where the participant places the obligatory information about the company. Publication of advertising and additional information in the Catalogue is extra charged.
